Our members enjoy a calendar of intimate, thoughtfully planned events that celebrate great wine, good company and the pleasure of shared experiences. From rare-bottle tastings to relaxed rooftop gatherings, each event is designed to feel personal and memorable.

Highlights

Whisky Tasting: Aged to Perfection

5 Feb, Thu | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

An early-evening tasting of rare and aged Scotch whiskies, all 30 years and older. Cask samples include:

  • Tomatin Distillery 1988 (38yo) – Elegant and finely balanced, showing the grace that long ageing brings to Highland malt.

  • Mortlach Distillery 1988 (38yo) – Rich, savoury, and powerful, a mature expression of the famed “Beast of Dufftown.”

  • Littlemill Distillery 1984 (42yo) – Exceptionally rare, offering a glimpse into the legacy of a closed Lowland distillery.

  • Three additional casks to be confirmed.

Members will have the opportunity to purchase whisky by the cask.

Curated Series: Skewers & Sadde

5 Feb, Thu | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

A flavour-driven evening pairing skewered dishes with the newly released 2023 wines from Catharina Sadde (Les Horées). Casual format, thoughtful pairings, and plenty to explore.

Dinner & Rooftop Lohei

10 Feb, Tue | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a communal dinner followed by a rooftop lohei session. Wine theme: anything horse-related, by label, story, or spirit.

Pop-Up Tasting: 00 Wines | Chardonnay 2022

13 Feb, Fri | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Discover why 00 Wines has become a global cult favorite at this intimate tasting of their 2022 single-vintage Chardonnays. Founded by Chris and Kathryn Hermann, this Oregon powerhouse has redefined New World white wine through a lens of extreme precision and "black Chardonnay" winemaking.

Community Cellar: Valentine’s Day Pink Edition

14 Feb, Sat | 9:00 PM onwards

A pink-and-red–themed evening celebrating vibrant wines, sweet moments, and shared bottles. Expect a dessert and cheese bar, good company, and just the right touch of sparkle. Bring a bottle in theme, dress to match, and let the night unfold.

Village Wednesday: Volnay

25 Feb, Wed | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

We return to one of our favourite Côte de Beaune villages — Volnay, known for its perfumed aromatics, silky textures, and understated strength. Bring a bottle from Volnay, taste blind, and dive into the nuance. Dinner included.
