Your Wednesday night just got an upgrade. Join fellow members for an intimate crawl through Boat Quay’s most intriguing wine venues - each pouring bottles specially selected by the hosts.

South Bridge Réserve: Kick off with Jaclene Liew and Vanessa Tan (Best Sommelier of Singapore 2025).
Convivial (9:15 PM): Champagne cave hosted by Yeo Xi Yang (Best Sommelier of Singapore 2022).
Juice (10:30 PM): Paris-style wine room curated by Maxime Dacier (co-founder).
Back at SBR (11:30 PM): Wind down (or up!) with new friends.

One of the Côte de Nuits’ most beloved red wine villages, Chambolle-Musigny has long defined elegancec in Pinot Noir - silk, precision, and depth.

Domaine Bernard Bonin
Bernard Bonin is a Meursault-based vigneron whose wines are defined by precision and restraint. Working from some of the appellation’s finest sites, his Meursaults are quietly serious - built for the cellar as much as for the glass.
Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair
Louis-Michel Liger-Belair reclaimed his family’s historic estate in Vosne-Romanée in the early 2000s and has since established it as one of the Côte de Nuits’ benchmark addresses. The wines are powerful yet refined - unmistakably Vosne.
In collaboration with Wine Bank Club and Comte Liger-Belair East Guard.
Part 1: Guided Tasting with Canapès and Snacks

A small, intimate group, with two benchmark producers, tasted side by side. One from the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits. Wines lineup and pricing to follow.
Part 2: After Party
8:30 PM Onwards
Bring a bottle – Premier Cru minimum, Meursault or Vosne-Romanée. SBR and Comte Liger-Belair East Guard will be pouring alongside. Open and communal. One bottle (CLB or BB) per person required for entry.
Note: Part 1 & Part 2 and separate events, ticketed independently. Attendance at Part 1 does not include entry to Part 2.

Domaine Anne et Hervé Sigaut is a 7-hectare estate at the heart of Chambolle-Musigny. The estate produces elegant, mineral-driven Pinot Noir from old-vine Premier Cru vineyards, farmed using sustainable and biodynamic practices.

Cécile Tremblay farms a handful of parcels in Chambolle and Vosne-Romanée with a precision that has made her one of Burgundy’s most quietly obsessed-over producers. The grand-niece of the legendary Henri Jayer, she carries that lineage without leaning on it. Production is small. Allocations are contested. Most bottles don’t travel far from those who already know. This tasting draws from across her range - village to premier cru - in one sitting. Join us for a rare opportunity to taste across her wines in one sitting.

Jessica Litaud trained under Jean-François Ganevat in Jura and Jean-Marie Guffens-Heynen in the Mâconnais - two names that need no introduction. Across just five hectares of organically farmed vines, her work is minute and precise, and the saline, Juraesque minerality running through her wines is no coincidence.
