Village Wednesday: South of Beaune
9 Sept, Wed | 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Where the Côte d'Or ends, Burgundy doesn't stop. Santenay and Maranges close out the great slope with structure that rivals their better-known neighbours. Further south, Côte Chalonnaise turns out reds with real backbone and whites that hold their own, while Mâconnais brings a different register of Chardonnay altogether. Same grapes, same limestone, four villages worth knowing before everyone else does.
Bring a bottle from any of these villages, red or white. No bottle? DM us and we'll reserve one for you.
Light snacks provided.

ICONIC SERIES: Grange des Pères
15 Sept, Tues | 7:00 PM
Laurent Vaillé trained under Coche-Dury in Meursault and Chave in Hermitage before returning to his family’s land in Aniane to do something unusual with it — Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon on limestone, outside any appellation, in tiny volumes. No website, no export manager, no easy way in. Since Vaillé’s passing in 2021, his brother Bernard has carried the estate forward in the same hand.
Two verticals across two decades — a rare chance to taste how this wine ages.

Village Wednesday: Puligny-Montrachet
23 Sept, Wed | 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
One of Burgundy’s most famous villages, Puligny-Montrachet is known for whites that balance precision, minerality and depth. But how much of that character can we actually recognise in the glass?
This Wednesday, we taste Puligny-Montrachet blind, exploring the village together before revealing what’s in each glass.
Bring a bottle of Puligny-Montrachet to share. Don’t have a bottle? DM us and we’ll reserve one for you.
Light snacks provided.
Community Cellar: Hot Pot Pairing
26 Sept, Sat | 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
